Russia has not fulfilled any of its obligations under the Minsk Protocol, said the new foreign Minister of Ukraine.

The new Minister of foreign Affairs Vadym Prystayko said that Russia has not fulfilled any of its obligations under the Minsk agreements. He wrote about this in his Twitter on the anniversary of the signing of the Minsk agreements.

The foreign Minister also noted that Ukraine and the international partners are making efforts to achieve a breakthrough in this matter.

“Five years ago Russia signed the Minsk Protocol. Since then, we lost 14 thousand of our people. Russia has not fulfilled any of its obligations. We work hard with our partners to achieve a real breakthrough in the peace settlement. 24/7,” wrote Pristayko.
