“To comply with the principle of economic competition and in response to the recommendations of the Antimonopoly Committee, the Ministry of Infrastructure will prepare the corresponding changes in the order from 04.06.2019 No. 415 and eliminate disparitet the terms and conditions established by the order. We are working on balancing the interests of States and airspace users by applying the principles CAA and EUROCONTROL,” said the Minister.

In turn, the head of the company Andrey Yarmak said that the Agency received from the Ministry of Infrastructure order to optimise expenses of the enterprise for 2020 and the respective changes in the financial plan of the enterprise with the aim of maximizing the interests of the airspace users.

On the eve of the Antimonopoly Committee took the decision to cancel benefits and other benefits that the Ministry of Infrastructure provided to the international airport Borispol.
