In NBU figured out how to protect non-Bank exchangers

NBU changed the requirements for the protection of areas non-Bank financial institutions.

The national Bank of Ukraine has brought the requirements for the protection of areas non-Bank financial institutions that have a General license to conduct foreign exchange transactions, funds transfers or foreign exchange, to the same requirements that apply to banks. On Thursday, October 12, reported the press service of the NBU.

Thus, the Agency required banks to use certified components walling, certified vaults (safes) and install video surveillance system with mandatory registration and archiving of the video signal for a period of not less than 14 days.

It is noted that the security of the premises of the offices is permitted with the subjects of protection or private security service.

Also, the NBU resolution establishes requirements for the protection of the premises of financial institutions by analogy with the existing rules in the banks.

We will remind, earlier it was reported that the NBU for the first 9 months of 2017 revealed 101 illegal foreign currency exchange office.
