The NBU attributed the Bank “unison” insolvent

The national Bank of Ukraine (NBU) took a decision about the assignment of the Bank “unison” insolvent. About it reports a press-service of the NBU.

The national Bank stressed that since the middle of 2014 drew attention to the inconsistency in the Bank’s ownership structure lacks transparency. In particular, as of 1 January 2014 the Bank’s shareholders were two legal entities registered in Liechtenstein, and in November of the same year became the company’s shareholders 11 legal entities.

Today, the shareholders of the Bank “unison” are 11 companies registered in Cyprus.

The NBU noted that the money for 98.3% of kompensiruet depositors of the Bank guarantee Fund of individuals ‘ deposits in full. “The Fund will ensure payment of the guaranteed amount of deposits in the amount of approximately 127 million UAH”, – said the national Bank.

We will remind, the Deposit guarantee Fund began the liquidation of the Bank “Sofiyskiy”.
