After the head of national police Dekanoidze to Avakov appealed Lutkovska.

Parliament Commissioner for human rights Valeria Lutkovska appealed to the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov with the offer to release from a post of the chief of Department of counteraction of narcocrime Ilya Kiva.

Lutkovska drew attention Avakov repeated public displays of discriminatory behaviour Kiva and his homophobic remarks, reported in a press-service of the Ombudsman.

“In the social network Facebook Kiva actively covers their activities… therefore all his statements and posted the information that they are official, that is, illustrating the specific position of authority in a given situation. As you know, the activities of Kiva has long aroused negative reactions and outrage that is enhanced by the lack of an adequate response from the management that the officials”, – said in the appeal of the Ombudsman.

Also Lutkovska noted that Kiva has violated the principles enshrined in the legislation in the sphere of personal data protection, which resulted in the violation of the right of certain individuals to the presumption of innocence. We are talking about the dissemination of incorrect information concerning personal data Masi-Mustafa Nayem, it became known in an open production Commissioner in this case.

“Given the above, I urge you… to make an adequate decision regarding the Kiva by results of consideration of the documents presented to you by head of the National police of Ukraine”, – summed up Lutkovska.
