Commenting on the incident, with the publication on the website “Peacemaker” personal data of journalists who allegedly received accreditation in “LNR” and “DNR”, the OSCE representative on freedom of the media Dunja Mijatovic expressed concern about the safety of journalists and media workers in Ukraine. Her review posted on the official website of the OSCE.

“This is a very disturbing event that may create an additional threat to the security situation of journalists. Journalists report on events of public interest, and should not be prosecuted for doing their job,” Mijatovic said.
