The OSCE noted that the separatists and the Ukrainian military continues to advance on so-called “demarcation lines”, the territory that is under the Minsk agreements should remain neutral.

“They take up their new positions in the territories, moving closer to each other along the demarcation line,” explained hug.

He noted that with the withdrawal of heavy weapons “there is a grey area which now penetrate the soldiers on both sides, coming in the reach of small arms. This, of course, leads to a direct fight which killed more people”.
