The citizen of Moldova Sergey Nerukh who is the owner of the vessel Sky Moon, previously arrested due to illegal entry into the ports of the temporarily occupied Crimea and move out of the cargo, handed over 75 thousand dollars of a bribe to the military Prosecutor for withdrawal of the arrest. About it at Facebook said the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko.

A bribe of Nerukh gave Jakubowski in one of Kiev cafe. Directly after committing the crime of Nerukh was detained by the investigator of Geninspection GPU.

“27.12.2016 year on the basis of the report of the military Prosecutor Jakubowski from 26.12.2016 G. Geninspektora included information on the proposal of the founder of the company NTA Invest Group S. R. O. is a citizen of the Republic of Moldova Sergey Naruho military Prosecutor Yakubovsky to give him improper benefit in the amount of 75 thousand dollars for the Commission of the latter, using the given to him of the official position of the procedural actions directed on removal of arrest from the vessel Sky Moon and cargo, which were transported to the specified ship – 3 000 tons of soda ash production Crimean soda plant, personal interests and the interests of foreign companies, on signs of the criminal offense under part 3 of article 369 of the criminal code of Ukraine”,–he said.

As noted by Lutsenko, after obtaining permission of the court of Appeal of Kiev on the implementation of covert investigative measures, the Prosecutor made a decision to exercise control over the crime.

We will remind, Ukraine has declared its intention to confiscate foreign cargo ship Sky moon, arrested on 30 November border due to illegal entry into the ports of the temporarily occupied Crimea and move out of the cargo.
