Residents of Donetsk and Mariupol told about his attitude to the introduction of martial law in parts of Ukraine.

Earlier, the head of Donetsk regional state administration Oleksandr Kuts said that the introduction of martial law practically will not affect the life of the civilian population in the Donetsk region.
