At the moment in the cash market in Moscow dollar average is 66,85 rubles.

At the same time, the Euro at the morning auctions was 76.89 billion, up 5.75 cents below the previous close. Thus, the Euro fell against the dollar to the lowest level since July of 2017.

However, the government of the Russian Federation, the depreciation of the ruble against the dollar is associated not only with sanctions but also with the situation on the world markets.
