“During today’s monitoring visit in Lukyanivka prison, I met with Sattarova and performed by Kamilovym who wrote a letter to the President of the Russian Federation with a request to return them to the territory of Russia in exchange for one of Ukrainian political prisoners,” – said Denisov.

She added that previously a similar statement was filed by the citizen of the Russian Federation Alexey Sadikov serving sentences for terrorism in Buchansky of the colony.

“These letters will also be sent to the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine, to diplomatic post took them to the presidential administration of the Russian Federation”, – said the Ombudsman.

According to Denisova, a letter with a lists on the exchange on 5 July was sent to the representative of the Russian Federation in the Trilateral contact group Boris Gryzlov and the Ombudsman of the Russian Federation for human rights Tatyana Moskalkova. The answers to this letter in Ukraine has not yet received.
