The Chairman of the security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Hrytsak said that the SBU has questions for the released prisoner to Alexander Kostenko. He said this at a briefing on Wednesday, August 22, reports UNN.

“We have questions for Mr. village of Kostenki. Really at the time he was questioned. It’s like once he took on the case together with Krasnov. And after he was questioned the materials of production were transferred to the National police. Then he crossed outside the border crossing point the border and got to the Russian Federation and then moved to the Crimea. And then there were certain events. Now he’s back. Now, however, we have questions and we are sure he will put them”, – he said.

Hrytsak added that by results of check all versions and responses received will inform the public.

Earlier, the PGO stated that the investigation against Kostenko Ukraine stopped.

We will remind, the Ukrainian Alexander Kostenko was released from penal colony №5 in the city of Kirovo-Chepetsk, Kirov region of Russia.

As reported, the Crimean Alexander Kostenko was sentenced to 3.5 years of imprisonment, after which he was taken from the Crimea to the Russian penal colony №5 in the town of Kirovo-Chepetsk. Kostenko did not admit his guilt. He was convicted for allegedly causing injury to the employee of the Crimean Berkut in Kiev.

Earlier the journalist Anatoly Shary reminded that Kostenko was detained in Kiev on may 22, 2014 security Service of Ukraine, together with his accomplice Stanislav Krasnov as a member of a terrorist group preparing acts of sabotage in the capital. But after Kostenko was declared a hero in Ukraine, Maidan, Ukraine has removed from its website a message about his detention.
