The fines for the “EuroBLECH” make 8,5 thousand hryvnias and 17 thousand hryvnas, stressed in the Department.

From 22 August, when began to operate the new penalties for violations of the movement of uncleared vehicles, has drawn more than 200 protocols. Said this yesterday, Zerkalo Nedeli, citing data from the State fiscal service.

It is indicated that SFS commits the offense provided by part 3 of article 470 (excess of article 95 of the Customs code of the date of delivery of goods, vehicles for commercial use, customs or other documents for these goods more than ten days – ed.) and article 481 (exceeding the period of temporary importation of goods into the customs territory of Ukraine or temporary export of goods outside the customs territory of Ukraine for more than ten days – ed.) of the Customs code.

“According to the database of the SFS on the grounds of specified offenses from August 22, 2019 September 4, 2019 243 is composed of a Protocol on violation of customs rules”, – is spoken in the message.

It is also reported that the sanctions specified offences has not changed (part 3 of article 470 of the Customs code of Ukraine – UAH 8500, part 3 of article 481 of the Customs code of Ukraine – a fine of 17 thousand UAH).

This changed the order of proceedings in cases on violation of customs rules – after drawing up Protocol on violation of customs rules are procedural action, the decision shall be made in cases of violation of customs rules.

“Administrative responsibility on signs of the crimes provided by parts of fifth and sixth article 470 of the Customs code of Ukraine and part of the fifth and sixth of article 481 of the Customs code of Ukraine, may occur, depending on the time overruns of transit movement of vehicles and temporary importation (more than 20 days and more than 30 days)”, – stated in the message.

Recall that the laws on customs clearance of foreign cars on the No. 8487 and No. 8488 came into force on 25 November 2018. The first grace period was valid until 23 February.

Later due to protests “eurobserv” Council has extended the grace period from 180 to 270 days.

And at the end of August, President Zelensky proposed to postpone the fines for “EuroBLECH”, which entered into force on 22 August. Despite this statement, the penalties are officially entered into force.
