The transit of liquefied natural gas via Ukraine in July 2018 declined compared to the same period in 2017 by 24% up to 83.6 thousand tons.

So, the transit through ports of Ukraine during the reporting month has decreased by 52% to 15.1 thousand tons. Almost the entire volume of marine shipments – 14,6 thousand tons – fell on Allowedsites terminal in Odessa.

In July, rail transit accounted for 68.5 thousand tonnes. This is 12.6% less than the same period last year (78.3 thousand tons). The largest volume of liquefied natural gas was transitional through the transition Izov from Russia to Poland – 23.2 thousand tons.

Leadership in transit through the territory of Ukraine by the end of July 2018 went to Russia with a volume of 58.2 million tons. Kazakhstan transitional 25 thousand tons. Belarus had a total of 400 tons of transit resource.

We will remind, in June of 2018, the transit of liquefied gas through the territory of Ukraine decreased by 34% compared to June last year – before 72,75 thousand tons.

Earlier it was reported that in the Odessa sea port arrived LNG carrier Gammagas, which delivered nearly 2.2 thousand tons of liquefied natural gas for fueling vehicles. This is the first in 2018 batch of imported liquefied gas and a second supply for the entire history of the port of Odessa.
