The debt for utilities has grown by a third over the last month, says Deputy Pope.

In Ukraine catastrophic decline in the level of payment for utility services, says the MP from the opposition bloc Mikhail Papiyev.

“According to official statistics, in November Ukrainians paid only 30% of the October payment for heat and hot water, and only 50% of payment for gas. The debt on payment of utilities for one month increased by more than a third,” said the Pope.

“Introducing a new space tariffs, the authorities are absolutely not thinking about how people will be able to pay for them,” added the MP.

We will remind, earlier it was reported that the Ukrainians began to receive the first shock-bills. Later, the authorities stopped sending bills for heating in Kiev in connection with the underlying incorrect rates.
