The United Nations has documented cases of attacks on freedom of opinion and expression and media freedom in Ukraine. This is stated in the report of the office of the high Commissioner for human rights of the UN on situation with human rights in Ukraine, covering the period from 16 November 2017 15 February 2018.

Noted that for the period of the UN in General recorded in Ukraine 18 cases of attacks on freedom of opinion and expression and on freedom of the media.
