The United States began exporting gas to Europe

США начали экспорт газа в Европу

The supply of American gas will cause a reduction in gas prices, analysts say.

The US has exported to Europe, the first tanker of liquefied natural gas, reports the Wall Street Journal. The tanker will arrive in Portugal on April 26.

The supplier is Cheniere Energy, and the purchaser of the Portuguese company Galp Energia.

Seepage Energy has also signed long-term contracts for the supply of fuel and other European companies such as BG Group, Royal Dutch Shell and Spain’s Gas Natural.

WSJ interviewed experts believe that the supply of American gas will cause a reduction in gas prices, as the market of Europe, which are now dominated by Russian gas, and so crowded.

Some analysts believe that the US intention to become a full-fledged exporter of Europe in 2017 will be the beginning of the war between the American liquefied gas and pipeline.
