The villagers accuse the Kherson area the Deputy from BPP Palamarchuk of involvement in the capture of local businesses, media

The villagers Nadezhdivka, Chaplinsky district, Kherson region accused the people’s Deputy of Ukraine from the PPO Mykola Palamarchuk and his assistant Igor Pavlovsky in the seizure of private enterprise “Charactron” and LLC “global-invest”, which are the main fillers of the local budget and the major employers in this village, report “Ukrainian news”.

In a statement, the labour collective of PE “Charactron” and LLC “global-invest”, signed also by villagers, it is alleged that the founders and investors of these companies are foreign citizens of Turkey and the United States. Over the years, in Ukraine they have created a solid financial base and jobs. Local law enforcement agencies, according to employees of companies to fabricate criminal cases, blocked the work of the firms, as well as stole expensive agricultural equipment.

The document specifically States that under the guidance of Palamarchuk, Deputy head of the Prosecutor’s office of Henichesk, Kherson oblast Konstantin Petrenko, head of the Chaplin of the police Department Igor Stadnik and first Deputy Prosecutor of the Kherson area Sergey Gypsy fabricated criminal case against the founder of the company Ahmed of Caudan, which bought the stake from Gumustekin of St Vincent de Paul and for 10 years invested its own funds in business development.

The decision of Chaplinsky district court arrested all the property “Hariston, including agricultural equipment and the harvest. In early March, with private enterprise “Charactron” and LLC “global-invest”, was abducted on 8 units of agricultural machinery for the sum about 10 million hryvnias.

A statement on this fact is registered and opened criminal proceedings. During all this time no one has collected the physical evidence, no questioning of witnesses.

In his open statement, the villagers are asked to create a Commission to study the issue of abuse of the official position Deputy Palamarchuk, his assistant Pavlovsky, as well as local police officers and prosecutors.

The statement was signed by 177 employees and local residents.
