Ukraine and Colombia agreed to intensify bilateral political dialogue. This reports the press service of the foreign Ministry in Facebook.

19 may was held the Ukrainian-Colombian political consultations at the level of Deputy foreign Ministers. Ukrainian delegation at the consultations that took place via videoconference, was headed by the Deputy Minister-chief of staff Vadim pristayko, the Colombian Deputy Minister Patti Londoño Jaramillo.

During the talks the interlocutors discussed the internal political situation in Ukraine and Colombia, as well as exchanged views on topical issues of bilateral and international agenda.

In addition, the Colombian side noted the significant economic potential of Ukraine, noting the need to strengthen trade cooperation between the two countries.

“Agreed to intensify bilateral political dialogue through the organization of high-level visits in the nearest future”, – summed up in Department.

Earlier, the presidents of Ukraine and Azerbaijan agreed to intensify political dialogue.
