In the negotiations of the trilateral contact group in Minsk Ukraine has expressed concern about threats against observers of the OSCE special monitoring mission from fighters. This was reported by press Secretary of the Ukrainian representative in the Tripartite contact group, second Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma Daria olifer.

“The Ukrainian side is seriously concerned about threats against observers hmm OSCE representatives of separate districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Safety inspectors of the OSCE special monitoring mission is an important part of the process of implementation of the Minsk agreements”, – she wrote.

Earlier in the mission report stated that the militants of the so-called “DNR” threatened to open fire on the monitors in the event of their finding next to the APU, and the representative of the “LPR” threatened to arrest the observers.

In addition, the Deputy Chairman of the SMM OSCE in Ukraine Alexander Hg reported that in zone anti-terrorist operation fighters intentionally opened fire on the members of the mission.

Recall that in early April a patrol of the OSCE observers, with whom were the representative of Ukraine in the joint center for coordination and control, came under fire in the area of zaytsevo.
