Ukraine in eight months of 2018 has reduced natural gas imports by 26.7% (2 billion 501,8 million cubic meters) compared with the same period of 2017 to 6 billion 875,4 million cubic meters.

During this period, Slovakia received 4 billion 271,6 million cubic meters of gas (-40% to January-August-2017), Hungary – 2 billion 84.5 million cubic meters (+41,1%), Poland – 519,2 million cubic meters (-33,6%).

In August 2018, the import amounted to 1 billion 297,7 million cubic meters of gas, which is 5.1% more than in August 2017 (1 billion the amount of 235.1 million cubic meters).

We will remind, in the first seven months of 2018 Ukraine reduced natural gas imports by 31.5%, or 2.56 billion cubic meters, up to 5,578 billion cubic meters this is evidenced by Ukrtransgaz.
