Ukraine elected to the UN Council on human rights in the 2018-2020 year.

At the meeting of the UN General Assembly Ukraine 177 votes, was elected to the UN Council on human rights in the 2018-2020 year. This was reported by the Ukrainian representative at the UN on Monday, October 16.

As reported Корреспондент.netthe annual report of the US state Department on human rights in the world said that in Ukraine in 2016 the largest number of human rights violations recorded in the Donbas and in the Crimea.
