Ukraine was allocated 2 billion UAH for the program of grants

In Ukraine will introduce a restriction on the provision of state support to a single manufacturer.

The formula for the distribution of subsidies to agricultural producers in 2018 will be changed. On Tuesday, October 17, reports finance.ua with reference to the press service of the Ministry of agrarian policy and food.

It is noted that there will also be a restriction on the provision of state support to a manufacturer – not more than UAH 150 million a year.

“The government has already defined main directions of state support for agriculture in 2018, and today we are actively working on the formation of the order of use of funds”, – stated in the message.

The Ministry of agrarian policy noted that the draft budget for 2018 will be allocated 2 billion UAH for the program of subsidies for the development of agricultural producers and stimulation of agricultural production.

“Budget subsidy to UAH 2 bn will be improved by changing the formula of calculation of the means and limitations of providing support to a manufacturer — not more than 150 million UAH”, – stated in the message.

It is also noted that the programme to support the development of farms of 1 billion 50% of the specified sum paid to cooperatives and the other half of the family farmers classic, farmers and those who first wants to become a farmer.

Program to support farming assistance will be provided for such areas as growing niche crops, berries, horticulture, vegetable growing, livestock and bioenergy.

Also in 2018, the planned launch of a program to improve genetics in livestock (300 million UAH), in particular, three main directions: beef and dairy cattle and pig breeding.

We will remind, earlier it was reported that in July this year, the company Myronivsky Hliboproduct Yuriy Kosyuk received 132 million UAH of subsidies.
