Detainees in the Kerch Strait Ukrainian sailors 27 Nov officially indicted, the lawyer says.

All the arrested Ukrainian sailors, detained in the Kerch Strait, 27 November was charged with allegedly illegal crossing of the state border. On Monday, December 3, said the lawyer Nikolai Polozov in Facebook.

According to him, we are talking about charges under part 3 of article 322 of the Russian Criminal code.

Polozov said that this morning I passed on the name of the head of the detention center statement of admission to his client – sailor Denis Gritsenko.

“The system operates in simplex mode. The documents shall be deposited in the box. Can call and tell about the solution, but you can not call back and reply after a month in the mail. In the investigation Department of the FSB did not take any statements from attorneys and redirect to the General reception of FSB on Lubyanka. Today I apply and go” – he wrote on the social network.

According to the lawyer, now there is no information about investigator and information on the transfer of case materials from the Crimea to the Moscow court.
