The U.S. Department of Commerce has cancelled antidumping duties on Ukrainian nitrate Amon

Anti-dumping duty was introduced on 12 September 2001 in the amount of 156,29% for Stirol and other Ukrainian enterprises.

The U.S. Department of Commerce since June 12, 2018 and terminated the anti-dumping duties against ammonium nitrate (solid ammonium nitrate) from Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine on Wednesday, June 27.

“At the end of the five-year review of anti-dumping measures, the Ministry of Commerce made the decision on the termination since June 12, measures on the Ukrainian ammonium nitrate in connection with the expiration of their application”, – stated in the message.

Anti-dumping duty was introduced on 12 September 2001 in the amount of 156,29% for Stirol and other Ukrainian enterprises.

Recall, March 14, the Ukrainian government has supported a temporary embargo on the import of mineral fertilizers from Russia.
