All of them, according to the Russian lawyer fish are the collection point for those involved in the exchange.

Russian lawyer Valentin Rybin said that President Vladimir Zelensky has signed decrees about pardon of at least 12 prisoners in Ukraine of Russian citizens, said Friday, September 6, Interfax.

“Issued decrees on pardoning 12 convicts of the Russians, which have already been delivered from places of punishment and are at the point of gathering of persons who participate in the exchange. I believe that this preparation for the beginning of the exchange procedures…

The Ukrainian side, given the fact that the collection point delivered to the person in respect of whom there is a decree of pardon, fulfilled almost all its commitments reached in the negotiations”.

While Rybin has noted that one Russian – who was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment, Ruslan Hajiyev, who is in the list, still not delivered the item and the decree of his pardon is also no.

He was on the list, but in exchange it never delivered, the decree to pardon him also not. I assume that Ukraine does not want to give,” said Rybin.

The lawyer did not rule out that the refusal to issue a Russian could complicate the situation with the exchange.

Recall, Rybin protects, in particular, convicted of treason and desertion of former Crimean war Alexander Baranov Maxim Odintsov, which is listed on the exchange.

Interfax also reported, citing an informed source that the Russian side in the list of exchange included 24 sailor, another 11 prisoners, including film Director Oleg Sentsov.

Rossm previously reported that Russia was included in the list for the exchange of prisoners 35. In particular it was reported that the Tzemach plan to exchange for Sentsov. The results of Russia Tzemach was included in the exchange Fund Sentsov.
