A court in Crimea denied access to the teacher-separatist

The Crimea Valery Podyachev the court refused to accept a job as a teacher because of a suspended sentence for separatism, which made the Ukrainian court, Interfax reported.

“A Russian court found that Podyachev committed a crime against national security of Ukraine and have established that persons convicted of such crimes, to work as teachers is impossible”, - said the representative of the Podyachev Oleg Bondarenko.

The court of appeal of the Crimea in 2011 sentenced the activist of the popular front “Sevastopol-Crimea-Russia” Podyachev, the SBU accused of infringement of territorial integrity of Ukraine, to three years of imprisonment conditionally with a trial period of one year.

Mathematician Podyachev has over 20 years of teaching experience. After the annexation of Crimea, he was never able to get a job, so I decided to appeal the verdict.

The representative of the teachers have prepared the appeal to the Supreme court of the Crimea to the decision of the Kyiv district court of Simferopol.

Last summer, the Crimean authorities have said that Crimea needs patriots and promised to employ teachers.
