The release from custody of the former people’s Deputy Vladimir Medianik shows that the point at which it passes together with the ex-Chairman of the parliamentary faction “Party of regions”, finally collapsed. This was announced by the head of the Institute for legal reform Andriy Portnov on the page in Facebook.
In his opinion, Yefremov must be released immediately.
“After the scandal with the publication of confrontations, in the case of Oleksandr Yefremov who have demonstrated a total fraud, today was quietly released from-under guards the former Deputy Medyanik. The case of Ephraim is completely broken, it needs to be released immediately,” wrote Andriy Portnov.
As reported, the General Prosecutor of Ukraine closed the criminal proceedings against people’s Deputy of the 7th convocation Vladimir Medyanik. According to his lawyer Oleg Babich, Medianik had already released.
