Chapter LC Carpenter confirmed the meeting with Savchenko
The main topic of negotiations was the exchange of prisoners by the formula “all for all”, said the head LNR.
Chapter LNR Igor Carpenter confirmed that, together with the head of the DNR met with the people’s Deputy Nadezhda Savchenko.
Earlier in mass media appeared information that Savchenko in Minsk held talks with the heads of DND and LNR. To answer the question if it’s true, she refused: “I did not come here to answer your questions,” - said Savchenko.
“I recently Alexander Vladimirovich Zakharchenko met with people’s Deputy of Ukraine Nadezhda Viktorovna Savchenko. It should be seen correctly, it is necessary to understand that this whole process is in the framework of the Minsk negotiations,” said Carpenter during the open meeting of the Council of Ministers.
According to him, the main theme of the talks was the exchange of prisoners by the formula “all for all”.
“That is missing, and the issues associated with this subject,” he explained.
Carpenter said that he and Zakharchenko agree that such meetings are useful, “because this problem needs to be addressed in the Verkhovna Rada not only one side, but needs to see and hear our voice, our vision”.
