Checkpoint in the Donbas are going to the winter schedule

The checkpoints will operate one hour earlier.

Control points of entry and exit (KPVV) in the area of antiterrorist operations are switching to the winter schedule. About it reported in a press-service of state frontier service of Ukraine on Saturday, October 29.

So, from October 30 to the passage of persons and vehicles will be implemented in the new time frame: from 8.00 to 17.00.

“Changing the time mode is associated primarily with the element of security and is aimed at ensuring safety of life of the civilian population, which crosses the boundary line, as daylight decreases, and in the dark increased the risks of attack by Russian mercenaries”, – frontier guards noted.

The state border service asks citizens to take this information into account when planning a trip and crossing the demarcation line via PPC.

Note, from the may 26, KPVV the Donbas worked from 6.00 to 20.00, from September – went for the fall work period, from 7.00 to 18.30.

As reported Корреспондент.net, on the night of October 30, Ukraine will switch to “winter time” – the clock will be moved back one hour.
