The head of the Donetsk military and civil administration Pavel Zhebrivsky the TV channel “112 Ukraine” commented on the possibility of voting by people’s deputies of Ukraine for the special status of Donbass.

“I think society is not ready to take all of these things. On this basis, it is unlikely MPs would be willing to vote for the so-called special status. Serious answer is decentralization, the formation of capable communities, devolution of authority, transfer of money to the local community. Then there is no need to put the blame on Kiev, which fact gave the money, and the fact gave. Previously Vice-President of the USA Joseph Biden said that Ukraine has agreed to grant special status to the occupied territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
