First Deputy head of national police, Vadym Troyan believes that the Ukrainian criminal procedure code need to be changed. This opinion was expressed on air of “112 Ukraine”.
“We need to change the law: to reform, not only in Ukraine but also in the GPU. UPK it is necessary to change – to make new articles and to change the criminal procedure code. On this already established group, this includes employees of all levels,” said Trojan.
Recall that in early July, the national police announced the creation of the working group on changing the legal basis of the criminal procedure code.
