Afghan President Ashraf Ghani welcomed the decision of U.S. President Barack Obama on the conservation of the number of American soldiers in the country, reports Reuters.

According to him, Obama’s decision to keep the number of American troops in the country in the amount of 8400 soldiers is correct.

“This shows the continued partnership of our peoples in the pursuit of common interests,” said Ghani.
