The National Agency for prevention of corruption (NACP) believe that the security system of electronic Declaration will be finalized in the near future. This broadcast channel “112 Ukraine” said the head of the NACP Natalia Korchak.
“I can’t say about periods because they were not specified in the Protocol. This Protocol and the Internet exists. There are shortcomings of a technical nature, some legal aspects need to be addressed. It’s all working moments. On how the team arrived the “Miranda” and by the way they worked with our IT person, I have a lot of positive about the fact that soon everything will be done within the law… l looked or worked the system. To declare is not a matter of minutes and not even half an hour. Depending on how many positions you need to fill it may be a few days,” she said.
Korczak believes that yesterday’s launch of electronic Declaration system shows that the workers of the NACP, and Miranda, as a developer, contributed a step towards the launch of the system.
“Although many thought that this will not happen. It happened in the National Agency. Despite the fact that the software product was designed “Miranda”, the National Agency also did a lot to physically this fact happened. On the territory of the NACP has seen the launch of the e-Declaration”, - she said.
We will remind, in Ukraine at 00:00 on 15 August started the system of e-Declaration.
Earlier it became known that the State did not provide a certificate of compliance with the information protection system for electronic Declaration. The report noted that it was a difficult decision, but the security system does not meet regulations. In addition, the State has not transferred the acts of trial operation, completion of works on creation of system of protection and the Protocol of its previous tests, which may indicate that the system unfinished.
As reported, the NACP held an emergency meeting in connection with the possible failure of the launch of electronic Declaration. Later, the NACP took the decision to formally begin its work from August 15 despite the absence of the certificate.
