Employees to NAB the alleged 11 hours illegally held
Two employees of the anti-corruption Bureau said the kidnapping.
The national anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine has published on its website the video of the testimony of its employees who have suffered as a result of collision with the staff of the Prosecutor General.
NABU remind that the incident took place on 12 August, when employees of the Department of the GPU for investigation of particularly important cases in the economic sphere, the General Prosecutor’s office “illegally detained for 11 hours illegally detained two employees of operative-technical division of NABOO”.
“They were detained near the safe house during carrying out the authorized covert operations in the investigation of a number of criminal proceedings on the facts of illegal actions of employees of the specified Department that detectives NABOO is carried out in the last few months”, - stated in the message of NABOO.
“The employees of the NABU was illegally seized personal belongings, appliances and documents. According to their testimony, they were used physical and psychological impact. Finally, around 1 a.m. on 13 August employees of NABOO brought the car under the building Bureau one of the Department’s staff”, - noted in Department.
We will remind, earlier it was reported that the NAB has initiated proceedings against prosecutors. The Director of the Bureau Sytnyk said about the kidnapping of employees.
In his ocheredei, GPU reported that on August 12 the NABOO forces beat several of their employees.
