American actor and film Director Kevin spacey gave a speech at the 13th annual meeting of the Yalta economic strategy (YES) in Kiev. Video performance of the actor published the people’s Deputy from BPP Vladimir Aryev on his page on Facebook.
The journalist of one of Ukrainian television Irina Gerasimova on his page in Facebook said that spacey was the special guest of the event.
