In the case of an accident with Dyminski the court appointed re-examination
On re-examination sought the counsel of a suspect in this case the guard Damanskogo Andrew Borsch.
The Pechersky regional court of Kiev appointed re-examination of biological materials in case of road accident with participation of the car of the President of football club Karpaty Peter Damanskogo, which killed a woman. This is stated in the decision of the court of 23 November, broadcast on Wednesday, December 6, Ukrainian news reported.
On re-examination sought the counsel of a suspect in this case the guard Damanskogo Andrew Borsch. They explained it by the fact that the leaders of the Ministry of internal Affairs publicly announced the results of biological examination in which driving was not Soup, and Dyminsky.
At the same time, the investigation did not provide the protection appropriate documentary evidence. The court upheld the defendant’s motion.
“There is a possibility that brought by body of a pretrial investigation, the experts are biased (the conclusions of experts of the State scientific research expert center, subordinated to the MIA of Ukraine was provided after scoring their results senior officials of the Ministry of interior of Ukraine)”, – decided by the judge.
In this regard, the judge appointed a Commission of judicial molecular-genetic examination which carrying out is entrusted to experts of the municipal enterprises of the Odessa regional Bureau of a forensic medical examination.
Examination should identify who owns the biological samples found at the wheel of the Mercedes-Benz S65, and whether artificial applying them to the surface and in the interior of the car.
The results of the examination, the investigation must provide side protection. The decision is not appealable.
Recall, 18 August, on the road Lviv-Krakovets Damanskogo Mercedes crashed into Opel the 31-year-old woman made a turn according to the rules of the road. Natalia Trila died on the spot.
The culprit called himself the guard Damanskogo Andrew Borsch, who usually travels in a motorcade auto protection businessperson.
The brother of the deceased says that Dyminsky was driving a Mercedes at the time of the accident, and the Soup just took the blame.
